What happens after 15 leads?
- Your next lead is saved. Adding lead 16 starts an optional 14-day follo Pro preview with unlimited leads.
- Nothing is charged automatically. No card is required to start the preview.
- You choose whether to upgrade. When the preview ends, your saved leads remain available. You can return to the free 15-lead limit or upgrade to keep adding more.

Good to know before you upgrade
Is follo Free really free forever?
Yes. There is no time limit and no credit card is required. You can keep using follo for free as long as you stay within the 15-saved-lead limit.
Will follo charge me when the preview ends?
No. The 14-day preview does not require a card and does not become a paid subscription automatically.
What happens to my leads if I do not upgrade?
You can continue to open, update, export, or delete every saved lead. Reduce your list to 15 leads to keep using the Free plan, or upgrade to Pro to keep an unlimited list and continue adding leads.
How are subscriptions billed?
Polar is follo’s merchant of record and handles checkout, payment information, taxes, receipts, renewals, and subscription management. Google does not process follo subscriptions.
How do I activate Pro after purchasing?
Polar gives you a license key after checkout. Copy that key, open follo in Chrome, select Activate purchase, paste the key, and choose Activate follo Pro. See the step-by-step guide.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Subscribers can manage or cancel through Polar’s customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period.
How long is the founding annual price available?
The $59 annual offer is limited to the first 100 redemptions. It renews at the founding price while that subscription remains active.
