Where does follo keep my lead data?
Your saved leads stay in Chrome extension storage on your device. follo does not keep a server-side copy of your lead list.
What happens if I uninstall the extension?
Chrome may remove the extension’s stored data. Export a backup before uninstalling or clearing extension storage if you want to keep your leads.
How do I create a backup?
Open follo and use Export Leads near the bottom of the side panel. You can import that file later from the same area.
Which websites does follo support?
follo has built-in lead detection for Gmail, LinkedIn, Salesforce, and HubSpot. You can also use + Lead to save the page you are currently viewing.
Why didn’t follo detect a lead?
Detection depends on the contact information visible on the page. Try opening the full email thread, profile, or CRM record. If it still does not work, send us the site and the steps you took so we can investigate.
